The "DTI system" is a bolt tension management system that embeds a mechanism within the bolt to detect slight elongation caused by axial force, displaying the degree of elongation (i.e., axial force) through a color change from red to black. Insufficient axial force due to improper tightening during bolt fastening poses a high risk of breakage and other issues. By using this system, it is possible to confirm that the planned initial axial force has been achieved at all fastening points.
